The 2015/16 season was quite successful for Barcelona, who won La Liga, Copa del Rey, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup in that campaign.
However, there's one thing Cules hated about that season: the home kit the Catalans were wearing.
Fans were fuming to see the club pick horizontal stripes instead of traditional vertical ones. A poll conducted among Barcelona fans that season showed that 78% of the supporters were against the new kit.
The experiment with horizontal stripes lasted one season and then Barca returned to their classic design.
In 2019 though, the club chiefs made another experiment and used a 'chequered' design for the home kit that also led to massive backlash from the fans. And still, it can hardly be compared to the outcry of 2015.
