Fabregas becomes coach for the first time – he played for this club before

Cesc Fabregas has become the caretaker coach of Italian Serie B side Como.

This is the first coaching experience for the former Barcelona midfielder.

Fabregas played for Como from 2022 to 2023, recording two assists in 17 games.

The 36-year-old was also part of Arsenal, Chelsea and Monaco. He scored 42 goals and provided 50 assists in 151 appearances for Barca from 2011 to 2014, winning 6 trophies with the club.
