Ten points out of four games in La Liga, only two points behind bitter rivals Real Madrid plus last season's league triumph - everything indicates Barca fans should be happy that Xavi's contract will be extended until 2026.
It's not like that. Some Culers on Tribuna really welcomed the news while quite a few remained sceptical, to put it mildly.

It's interesting that some fans use Koeman as a reference and an example of what Barca manager should not be like. A quick look would suggest Koeman's results can't even be compared with Xavi's. Is the difference really that big though?
Xavi only marginally edges Koeman out for the win percentage, points per game and trophies. Barca did score more under Koeman.
However, the difference in results between the two managers is not huge enough to brand one 'a flop' and the other 'a genius'.
