Super talented midfielder joins La Liga's top 4 club – Xavi invited him to Barca

Arsen Zakharyan has signed for Real Sociedad.

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder is one of the most promising players in his position. Before joining the La Liga club, he was linked with clubs like Chelsea and Lazio.

In January, Xavi invited the player to come to Barcelona and watch his team's training session. The Barca boss even recorded a video message for Arsen.

It would be difficult to imagine Blaugrana sign the midfielder, though – mostly because of his nationality, which is Russian. Last year, Joan Laporta publicly expressed his support for Ukraine who have been repelling Russia's attacks for almost a year and a half now.

Zakharyan scored 19 goals and provided 25 assists in 89 appearances for Dynamo Moscow.
