Alemany explains why Dembele still hasn't signed for PSG

It looks clearly like Barca who are delaying the transfer and have not sent the paperwork to PSG to sign. This is probably because the Blaugrana are sizing up the possibility of a Saudi club coming in and offering more money for their winger.

If Barca cannot come to a resolution by August 21, the matter will be taken to court and settled there.
