Barcelona have reportedly reached a full agreement with Juventus over the transfer of Franck Kessie.
While that was expected, Barca were surprised when it was revealed by Italian sources that Juve will only pay a €10m fee upfront to get the powerful Ivorian.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "€10M for Kessie, whilst Manchester City are selling their academy grads, who’ve never even seen the light of professional football, for double the amount. You can’t even hate on it, lol. If I were a City fan, I’d be gloating my arse off."
Many more Barca fans on Reddit vented their frustration on the club selling the player way too cheaply.
Akira_Nishiki said: "Seems suspiciously cheap, at that kind of price I wouldn't say no to him, would add some much-needed physicality to our midfield."
YonkoSN replied: "How in the world is Conor Gallagher going for 40m and Kessie for 10-15m"
Another fan said: "Disgusting price, he's a 30 million player being sold for 10 million."
It's yet to be confirmed if Barca will really sell the midfielder that cheaply. Although the rumours are coming from credible sources.
Kessie is currently with Barca in Los Angeles where they are due to play some friendly matches.
