Barca provides update on players infected with virus in US tour

Barcelona say the players who suffered from a virus leading to the cancellation of the game against Juventus are recovering well and quickly. The club adds that no new cases of the virus have been detected in the camp.

Barcelona have gone on to give assurances that their game against Arsenal on Wednesday will go on as scheduled.

Barcelona have two training scheduled for Monday and most of the infected players will show up for light workouts.

The Blaugrana confirm that their players are itching to play their first game in the United States. Hopefully, they will do so against Arsenal at the SoFi Stadium this Wednesday.

Barcelona are expected to make around €10m in revenue for their participation in the US tour.
