Laporta names Barca's topscorer in training after Lewandowski -- he won't be sold

"Ansu has a gift, which is to score goals.

Don’t mind all this fans.. you think if Xavi was there testing players throughout the season you think Barca would have won the League! The Board gave him a task to win the league at all cost ! So you think testing players would win us the league? It’s a simple question!

You can see towards the end of last season league he gave some players their chances but we lost most of our final league games

Preseason will start soon so every player will have their chances and you have to prove you have the qualities to compete in the first team doing preseason games 
Convince the coach what he has been missing and see if he wouldn’t use you in his team!

I understand this bro, but even towards the final matches he could not field the needed bench warmers but kept on playing Gavi, Frankie, Kounde and others, and if Balde was not injured am sure he would still play him till the end just like Gavi.

He promised in the press to give Torre some minutes in the midfield after the league was secured but yet he played the guy once and benched him again in the last two matches. 

There is what is called rotation and testing players. Players like Torre, Kessie, Garcia, Fati, Ferran and Roberto was supposed to be starting every match towards the season end when the league was secured already but Xavi could not do that. 
He over uses players and Gavi was only lucky not to get a serious injury that day he was subbed early with injury. 
We can't be making the same mistake, now see Pedri is gradually becoming injury prone just because of how Koeman played him nonstop.
Other teams rotates but Xavi does not.

I understand this bro but i did not mean to build from scratch. Building some few youngsters means to give them a maximum minutes, courage and attention, but not to over-use them like he is doing with Gavi and Balde.

You don't build the whole 11 but 2 or 3 youngsters in a season will not make Barca to loose a trophy they could have won, no. 
I remember vividly in many matches when we were winning 3 or 4-0 and yet Xavi will never put up players like Torre, Garcia and even the reserve goalkeeper Inaki Peña.

Xavi played balde cos he had no choice. He used alba till we got knocked out of champions league.

You said Testing? How did we get Balde, Pedri, Fati, Gavi, Araujo… your coach should leave Pablo Torre on the bench and go and buy arder guler. Someone gave that boy a playing chance and that’s why we saw him. Do you know how much Balde is worth now, just after one season. The goals Raphinha score, Fati scored it with far lesser game time and without the coach’s trust. Let’s be calming down boss, sometimes we waste money on buying something we already have. Go and watch xavi simons, that boy left Barca cos there was no chance for him… he’s a gem.

The way Barca handles their transfer businesses baffles me a whole lot. Why does Xavi always wants already made players when he can easily build some special talents God blessed us with?
We have what it takes to build a generational team just in our dispossal but Xavi wants more despite that he knows our financial status.

how can you say we should sell Raphinha, don't forget that every new player that is coming from a different league to another league needs more time to adapt, selling Raphinha means Barca are going backwards instead of 

moving forward. when dembele newly came to Barca how many goals did he scored during his first season, no goal was recorded for him except assist, you guys should stop putting your blem on Raphinha, focus on those players who are not adding anything to the club, players like Torres, leglent, Eric Garcia,.....

I certainly agreed with your fair assertions about Xavi's style of handling the younger talents. Look at the case of Frankie d'john, he opted to sell him last season and compare his performance and contribution to the team. Xavi rather choose to sell the potential young talents and keep or buy over aged players just to get quick results. What are Roberto, Lenglent, Garcia, Alonso, Umttiti and Torres doing on the team?

Yes big brother, he prefers to get the old players for quick results as you said. forgetting that we would be in the same problem of not being able to   offload them when we needed, just like we are struggling to offload many now. Yes we have many youngsters in our team but they are still inexperienced but the ages of like 24, 26 and 28 are the once with the strongest mentality.  But rather, all he wants is kids and adults instead of men that their blood is boiling. 

Do you know that Gavi might become a liability in the next 3 or 4 years if not guided properly because at this his age now he can't take care of himself in everything without guidance.  Though am not praying for that but was trying to make a point.

Fati and Gavi joined the first team at the ages of the same 16yrs Yamal is today. 
It might sound odd to you but i will sell Raphinha, Keep Dembele and give Yamal and Abde chance on the right wing because the boys can do the job not too bad. We need money and we need to sell from the position that is already covered.
