Barca fan and Reddit user MysticNinjaX wants Pablo Torre to play a more prominent role on the team next season – and this has to do with Arda Guler's decision to join Real Madrid.
"Now that we missed out on Arda Guler, it's time to actually realise we have Pablo Torre. Why haven't we been using him?!
"Torre last year was exactly what Guler is right now. And let's be fair, he was hyped out of nowhere by a lot of people due to that '17.5 million' release clause. We have a very talented midfielder in Torre, and he showed it whenever he played, which sadly was very less."
It's fair to compare Arda Guler to Pablo Torre. Both are attacking midfielders who are great at scoring and assisting; both are magnificent at set pieces, both have great vision.
Still, Barca apparently believe Torre is not quite ready to be the first-team material. Some people suggest it has to do with Pablo's poor off-the-ball play – something Riqui Puig suffered from during his time at Barca.
The Catalans are working on a loan deal for Pablo Torre for the next season.
