Xavi suggests Barca enjoyed a better season than Real Madrid

Earlier, Xavi was asked if he would swap Barca's season for Real Madrid's.

The Barca tactician was clear with his answer: "At the moment, I wouldn't change the season we had for any other.

"We have to remember where we come from," Xavi adds.

Barcelona and Real Madrid won five trophies between them this season with Real Madrid winning more (3).

The Blaugrana won their first La Liga title since 2019 and also lifted the Spanish Super Cup, whereas Madrid won the Copa Del Rey, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup.

In Europe, while Real Madrid were eliminated in the Champions League semi-final, Barca failed to make it past the group stage and also failed in the Europa League play-off stage.
