As long as that brings glory to their name, why not? afterall, football is entertainment industry and what Suarez did was simply act of love and little sacrifices that he had to do to protect his nations team. sometimes this doesn't matter how dirty. 
He should be celebrated by his country for that brave gesture. 

May I remind you what Ramos did to Mo.Salah in the champions league final, indeed it was horrific and devastating but at end Ramos was able to shut Liverpool which means the world to all Madrista's

You're a dimwit if you think Cheating in Sports is not the INTENTIONAL breaking of the Rules in order to obtain an advantage over the other team or players. 

Only a Blockhead like you doesn't realize that Sports is governed by explicit rules regarding acts which are permitted and forbidden. 

What Suarez did 12 years ago, is a famous example of Cheating involving a Prohibited Player Action; and you're in my opinion a dunce if you think breaking the rules this way does not amount to cheating.

Somebody says blame the guy who missed a Penalty, but they don't bargain for the psychological impact of that decision to share responsibility for that failure to qualify, which is exactly what happened.

Suarez was defending his Goal by intentionally breaking the rules. You must Add that!

The footballing world is over a billion population. 

To think that, somehow, you are the arbiter of how over 1 billion people perceived that intentional Hand Ball is at best laughable.
