Barcelona plan to spend big money on right back next summer, 3 candidates named

According to multiple Spanish outlets and a highly credible Gerard Moreno, Barcelona's biggest goal for the next summer is signing a top right-back. The club are ready to shell out on a good one.

Here we listed 3 best suitable candidates for the position.

1. Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool)

TAA has been among the best creators in Premier League for years. He grew up playing in central midfield, and that experience has helped him become one of the most technically gifted right-backs of his generation. Tren can be used as a right winger, an eight, a six and a playmaker. Versatility is definitely something that would come in handy for Barca.

2. Reece James (Chelsea)

The player has been called the Messi of the right-backs, which is quite a big compliment for a 22-year-old. Yet biggest clubs in the world are in the race to get him for a reason. He dribbles, cross, linkes up the play, defends aggressively, good at ground duels and excellent in the air od dead balls.

3. Pedro Porro (Manchester City, loanee at Sporting)

That's probably the less obvious option, yet far from the worst. He is an all-around presence at right back with serious potential. This season's stats are pretty impressive, tho.

The price tag for the 22-year-old RB would be around €30m, which is nothing compared to what City and Liverpool would demand.

Who would you rather sign and why?
