Comparing with Guardiola is unnecessary. This is a coach who had two bad first matches and knew what he needed afterwards. Xavi has been at Barca for sometime and still isn't sure about what to do with full backs. He has been given good players and needs to prove that he is a good coach. He will need to build his own legacy otherwise Guardiola's is difficult to match. His wins, team play, management and tactics were out of this world. Even opponents admired Barca's play
