Pedri refuses to go on long holiday, comeback date revealed

Pedri and Eric Garcia are expected to come back to Barca already on Thursday, August 12, as per reliable Javi Miguel.

Ronald Koeman offered the player a long holiday (until August 18) as the 18-year-old played at both the Euros and the Olympics right after having an eventful season at Barca. Now it's not the case as the youngster decided to come back to training as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the midfielder became Europe's best player in terms of appearances made in the 2020/21 season – no other footballer made more than 72 appearances, Pedri made 73.

The youngster has made 52 appearances for Barcelona so far, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists.
