'VAR travelled back in time to find that foul': fans go mad as Messi's winner for Argentina denied due to foul 30 secs earlier

Leo Messi scored a goal in the second half against Paraguay to make it 2-1 for Argentina. However, VAR denied ruled the goal off because of a foul (was it a foul though?) that happened half a minute earlier.

Many fans were frustrated by the decision as the Albiceleste didn't score on a counter, they actually kept the ball for a while and the fouled Paraguay player got up and returned to his own half to help in defence. Still, the referee took the goal away.
