AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and his son Daniel have made a full recovery after testing positive for Covid-19, it was officially announced on Wednesday.

The Italians have now joined the growing list of football players and personalities who have beaten the novel coronavirus.

As for Barcelona's current squad members and club employees, the situation is less serious. Still, there have been several registered cases of the coronavirus at the club.

Two weeks ago, Barca's famous scout Andre Cury tested positive for the new disease alongside his wife. The couple remain quarantined in their home in Sao Paulo.

Cury has been working with Barcelona for quite a while now. He focuses on the South American market and reportedly helped Blaugrana bring in Neymar and Arthur.
