Malo Gusto is confident that Chelsea will continue their progress in the next season.
"Of course, we can be one of the best teams in the Premier League," the Frenchman said after the Brighton win.
“We have a lot of talent; we already know that. This season was not very, very good for us.
"We already know that the start of the season was a little bit complicated but anyway we need to finish in a good way and that’s what we did today."
Chelsea have only suffered one defeat in the last 14 Premier League games, albeit that was a 5-0 battering by Arsenal.
Even though Mauricio Pochettino's future at the club is not fully secure, there are reason to be optimistic ahead of the next campaign. However, Chelsea still have business to do in the final game of this season.
