Chelsea are trying to sign Estevao Willian from Palmeiras and Fabrizio Romano reports that personal terms between player and club have been agreed.

"Chelsea want to seal Willian Estevão deal as soon as possible after personal terms are agreed upon, as reported," said Romano.
