Fan points out big change Pochettino has instilled in Jackson – not about finishing

Nicolas Jackson is one yellow card away from being suspended for two Premier League games. That's been the case since February to the amazement of a Chelsea fan.

"Nicolas Jackson picked up his 9th yellow card of the season in February. Since then, Jackson has been just one yellow card away from a two-game suspension, which will mean he will have racked up 10 for the season," Chelsea fan account TalkChelsea tweets.

"However, his record is made even more bizarre by the fact that only one of his yellow cards has been given for a foul.

"All of Nicolas Jackson's bookable offenses have been for dissent towards the referee, arguing except for maybe one (against Tottenham in the first leg).

"Chelsea fans rant that Pochettino and the players lack discipline but fail to understand that everything will not change overnight; it's a process. Nicolas Jackson has now gone 3-4 months without being yellow-carded.

"This is a noticeable change from the player, and you have to give credit to the manager," the fan concludes.

Mauricio Pochettino deserves some credit for making some changes that got Jackson to behave.

Jackson has scored six goals and three assists since his last booking and has taking his tally for the season to 16 goals and six assists.
