Chelsea top Premier League table for most injuries this season

Chelsea have been the worst affected team by injuries this season and Transfermarkt have confirmed the fact.

The Premier League injury table shows that Chelsea have had a total of 54 injuries this season.

Chelsea players cumulatively missed 309 games through injury in Mauricio Pochettino's first season.

What's even more staggering is that they had 16 more injuries than Newcastle who came in second.

The number of games missed by players through injuries is also significantly higher than Newcastle.
