"Understand Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement with Estevão Willian on personal terms," Fabrizio Romano says on X.

Barcelona and a host of other European clubs have been on the heels of Estevao but it seems like Chelsea have won the race for the youngster.
Estavao helped Palmeiras win the league last season and has scored seven goals and three assists in his 18 appearances this season.
Chelsea already signed another Brazilian in Angelo and Portuguese starlet Diego Moreira both of whom can play in the same right-wing position.
