Jose Mourinho is not willing to sit idly for years after being sacked by AS Roma a few months ago.
When asked if he got any offers, the ex-Chelsea boss replied: "Zero, zero. I don’t have a club, I’m free. But I want to work, in the summer I want to work."
He did not even rule out returning to Portugal to work at a club in his homeland: "Never say no, especially in football. My life is football, I can train anywhere, I have no problems."
Chelsea fans chanted Mourinho's name this season amid growing frustration with Mauricio Pochettino.
He is unlikely to be on the shortlist of the club owners: whatever honours Mourinho won for the club, it was under the previous regime with a different strategy.
