Speaking to the Evening Standard about his new life, Eden Hazard said: "I enjoy retirement a lot.
"I miss my football a bit, especially being with the lads in the dressing room, but I can do what I want now.
"I have kids and a family. I can go to Belgium to see my family, brothers and parents. I can do a lot of things."
Hazard retired from football at the end of the 2023/24 season after failing to make it at Real Madrid due to a barrage of injuries and various fitness issues.
The Belgian will return to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's home ground, on June 9 to take part in Soccer Aid for UNICEF's World XI against an England XI.
