Chelsea could get 'whopping' windfall for Cobham graduate linked with £80m Premier League move

Jamal Musiala left Chelsea aged 16 and has since established himself as one of Bayern's and Germany's best young players.

According to the Daily Mail, the Germany international has been linked with a summer move to the Premier League, with Man City and Liverpool eyeing the forward.

Bayern demand £80m for the 21-year-old if he's to leave in the summer. And Chelsea are in for a 'whopping' windfall if the attacker is sold.

When Musiala left Chelsea, the Blues included a 20% sell-on clause in the transfer agreement with Bayern. It means if he goes for £80m, the Blues would receive £16m.

This fee would be of huge help to Chelsea as they would need to pass the Financial Fair Play checks in the summer.
