Key reason why Chelsea won't approach Nagelsmann if they sack Poch revealed

Chelsea are said to be looking for potential replacements for Mauricio Pochettino in case they decide to move on from the Argentine in the summer.

According to Ben Jacobs, previously-linked Julian Nagelsmann is not on the Blues' list of tacticians who could be approached over the Chelsea manager role in the future.

The German had already been interviewed by the Blues' hierarchy last year when a long-term successor to Graham Potter was being chosen. Nagelsmann 'didn't impress' during the talks.

The 36-year-old 'didn't buy into the process' of Chelsea interviewing multiple candidates. So the Blues thought he is not 'the right fit' and they're unlikely to change their stance this year.
