As per Foot Mercato, Chelsea have left Le Havre infuriated after failing to organize a deadline-day move for Malang Sarr.
The French defender had even travelled to France to undergo his medical for the transfer, but the Blues had a change of heart and didn't send in the necessary documents to get it over the line.
Poch weighs in on Jackson's possible return vs Wolves
