Spotted: Michael Golding's adorable reaction to making Chelsea debut

Michael Golding achieved his big dream of making an appearance for Chelsea in the 4-0 thrashing of Preston North End in the FA Cup.

He came on in the second half by replacing Enzo Fernandez for the last few minutes of the game and was understandably excited for it.

Golding had to spend some time in the touchline as Enzo made his way to him and had an adorable reaction before coming on.

He started to shake the fourth official’s arm after the referee put his arm forward in front of him.

In reality, the official just did that to stop him from entering the field of play before Enzo had gone off.

Golding also had a big smile on his face as he soaked in the adoration from Stamford Bridge and stepped onto the field for the first time.

The centre-midfielder looked sharp in the last few minutes and will aspire to get more game-time going forward.
