Kendry Paez become youngest South American goalscorer in CONMEBOL history with assist from Caicedo

Chelsea-bound Ecuadorian prodigy Kendry Paez is continuing to impress at the international level as he scored in a 2-1 win over Bolivia with an assist with futur Chelsea teammate Moises Caicedo.

The goal makes the 16-year-old the youngest ever South American goal-scorer in CONMEBOL qualifying history.

He is also the youngest to debut with Ecuador, also youngest to debut in Conmebol World Cup qualifying.

The wonder kid is set to join Chelsea in 2025 but going by his recent exploits he seems like he could do a job playing in this Chelsea team even now.
