Chelsea striker Mason Burstow has completed a move to Championship side Sunderland, the club's official website confirms.
The 20-year-old made his first-team debut for the Blues last month. He has made a total of three senior appearances for Chelsea, including a start in the Carabao Cup win over AFC Wimbledon.
"I’m buzzing to be here – it’s a huge club with a great head coach and big expectations," Burstow said upon joining Sunderland.
"I’m here to bring goals to the team and keep supporters on the edge of their seats. I can’t wait to walk out at the Stadium of Light for the first time after the international break."
Last season, Sunderland competed for promotion to the Premier League and played in the playoffs, so Burstow is joining quite a good side.
