It is very likely that he will move on from Spurs during this transfer window and his name has been naturally linked with Chelsea.

The Athletic are now reporting that Chelsea have already sought to establish Kane's intentions and feel him out for a move.

The report also states that a potential offer of Tammy Abraham plus cash will be a bigger draw for Tottenham than any potential Man City bid.

It is also mentioned, however, that there has been no concrete approach yet, so any possible move is still seemingly in it's infancy.
