Martin Odegaard names Arsenal teammates who 'took his game to another level' this season

Speaking to the Standard, Martin Odegaard said: "Declan Rice is amazing. To come to a new club is never easy but he has come in the most natural way.

"And the way he is playing, adding goals and assists, he has taken his game to another level and we are so lucky to have him.

"He has given us so much in so many areas. [He has been] brilliant. We just want to make the fans happy again." 

Rice wasted no time establishing himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League after moving to Arsenal from West Ham last summer.

The Englishman formed a fruitful midfield partnership with Odegaard, spearheading the Gunners' 2023/24 Premier League title challenge.
