'Things in football always happening fast': Arsenal target Viktor Gyokeres gives update on future stance

Sporting CP forward Viktor Gyokeres has finally responded to the speculation around his future amid his links to Arsenal.

Speaking on his future situation, he revealed: "I love being at Sporting. We will see what happens, I can't promise anything right now.

"I'm very happy here at Sporting, I'm under contract but things in football are always happening fast, we need to adapt."

Arsenal are reportedly prioritizing the signing of a new centre-forward in the summer transfer window and have Gyokeres among their top targets.

The 25-year-old forward, who has a €100m release clause in his contract, has scored 41 goals and provided 15 assists in 47 appearances for Sporting so far this season.
