Revealed: Three positions Arsenal have decided to strengthen in summer window (reliability: 4 stars)

Arsenal are looking to significantly strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window to let them compete strongly for major titles next season, claims the Daily Mail.

Mikel Arteta will be allowed to use significant transfer funds, as he did last summer, to rope in quality players into his team.

Arsenal are currently prioritizing the signing of a striker over anything else, having seen their forwards struggle for goals in this campaign.

The Gunners are being strongly linked to both Sporting CP forward Viktor Gyokeres and Newcastle United man Alexander Isak among their forward targets.

On top of this, Arsenal have also decided to sign a quality left-back who can help them improve the quality of that role after Oleksandr Zinchenko’s recent struggles.

Mikel Arteta also needs a new midfielder in his team to unlock the ultimate potential of Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard as well as give both of them more freedom to roam forward.
