Four Arsenal players who can negotiate with other clubs this month

Arsenal currently have four first-team players whose contracts are set to expire at the end of the 2023/24 season.

David Raya's deal is technically up after this campaign too, but the Gunners are expected to sign him permanently from Brentford.

The players whose contracts expire at the end of June can negotiate with other clubs this month. They can even sign a pre-contract agreement that allows them to join any club immediately after their Arsenal contract is up.

Jorginho: The Italian midfielder had signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with Arsenal after joining from Chelsea in January 2023. His deal is up at the end of June, but there is an optional clause that allows him to stay with the Gunners until 2025.

Mohamed Elneny: Elneny has struggled with injuries over this season and is well below the midfield pecking order. He signed a new deal with Arsenal until June 2024 recently, but if he wants more playing time next season, he can start talking to other clubs over potentially switching sides next season.

Cedric Soares: The Portuguese full-back isn't the most dependable defender and has hardly been used. Arsenal are unlikely to give him a new deal, which means he can start talking to other clubs now.

Karl Hein: The young Arsenal goalkeeper doesn't really have a stand of making it as a no.1 anymore with Raya and Aaron Ramsdale competing for it, and the club isn't showing interest in keeping him for the long-term either.
