'No sign of injury': Gabriel features in Brazil training after Bolivia scare

Arsenal fans can now take a massive sigh of relief as Gabriel took part in Brazil training at the weekend.

The centre-back was taken off the pitch in the 85th minute of the game against Bolivia on Friday, his international debut.

According to Arsenal insider Charles Watts, scans on the thigh issue the 25-year-old suffered after Diego Ibanez's challenge 'showed no sign of injury'.

Gabriel is even expected to be part of the starting XI for the game Peru on Tuesday in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers as he looks to establish himself as an important player.
