Fabrizio Romano: Arsenal agree Kieran Tierney deal with Real Sociedad (reliability: 5 stars)

Arsenal have now reached a verbal agreement with Real Sociedad over Kieran Tierney, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The full-back will move to Spain on a season-long loan without an option to make the transfer permanent in the summer of 2024.

The La Liga side, who will be playing in the Champions League this campaign, are set to cover the 26-year-old's full salary for a year.

Tierney, who fell out of Mikel Arteta's favour at the Emirates Stadium last year, has missed the first two games of the new Premier League campaign.
