UEFA have officially released their list of the best players in Europe in the 2022/23 season.
The finalists are Erling Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne and Lionel Messi – with the winner set to be announced on August 31 at the Champions League draw.
Apart from this, UEFA has also named the rest of the players to have received votes in a top-11 ranking system.
Only one Arsenal player Declan Rice features in this list, having received 14 points. He received votes for his heroics in helping West Ham United win the UEFA Europa Conference League last season.
