Granit Xhaka open to surprise Arsenal exit over off-field issues (Reliability: 4 stars)

Granit Xhaka is reportedly open to leaving Arsenal for Bayer Leverkusen this summer as his wife has been keen to return to Germany for some time.

According to German outlet Kicker, family reasons seem to be the biggest factor for Xhaka ahead of this summer as his future comes into some doubt.

Xhaka and his wife met during his time at Borussia Monchengladbach and it is being claimed that she is still unsettled in London.

Arsenal are said to be open to allowing the player leave for around €15m. West Ham’s Declan Rice could be an ideal replacement and is one of the Gunners' top targets in that position.
