The report adds he suffered 'heart palpitations' during the game but the goalkeeper himself assured fans he was fine.
After the game, Szczesny said: "We did medical check, it’s all good.
"I was worried, I was not able to breathe but now I feel good. The tests confirmed that there’s no problem."
