Speaking to The Athletic, Jack Wilshere, who coaches Arsenal's Under-18s, said: "Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ethan Nwaneri, Bradley Ibrahim, Jimi Gower.
"There are some things that you see from them. They do things you can't coach. That's why they're at Arsenal. They need a few things tactically.
"I like my midfielders to be on the half-turn, play forward and touch forward, dribble if you can. When you drive forward it just changes the picture."
15-year-old Nwaneri has already made his Arsenal debut in the Premier League while 18-year-old Ibrahim has been on the bench in the Europa League.
16-year-old Lewis-Skelly and 18-year-old Gower are still waiting for the first-team opportunities to make an impression on Mikel Arteta.
