Revealed: How Saliba and Holding reacted to Hein's error in Brighton defeat

William Saliba and Rob Holding were sympathetic to Karl Hein's plight during the 1-3 loss to Brighton in the Carabao Cup, reports Football London.

After Hein slipped and conceded the penalty, which led to Brighton's equaliser, the young goalkeeper failed to keep out Danny Welbeck's attempt from the spot.

The ball went in and Hein was visibly upset. It was the Arsenal duo walked over to him and gave him a pat on the back. They also shared a hi-five with him as a consolation but it did little to lift Hein's spirits.

Hein also watched on helplessly as Kaoru Mitoma and Tariq Lamptey scored goals to put Brighton on top.
