Ben White backed to make World Cup squad
Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has backed 'versatile' Ben White to make England's 26-man squad for the Qatar World Cup in November.
He told talkSPORT: "I would think that a versatile player like White, who can play as a centre-back in a two or a three and as a right-back, then I think he should be worth his weight in gold."
Balogun open to Nigeria switch
Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun has represented England at the U21 level but has refused to rule out a switch to Nigeria at the senior level.
"I haven't heard anything from Nigeria, but I'm open to anything because Nigeria is very close to my heart. My family's from there. I always have love for Nigeria," the striker who is excelling on loan at Reims told BBC Sport Africa.
"That's a conversation that I need to have with people around me, my agent and obviously my family. But if I was asked about the opportunity to play for Nigeria, then I can have that conversation. But first I need to be asked."
