Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in the prospect of landing the Lyon ace.
The Ligue 1 club are said to be ready to part ways with the France Under-21 international for £65m.

As per the source, Manchester City are favourites for the 21-year-old's signature as Pep Guardiola is a fan of the player.
"Houssem is a very good player. He is incredible," he said in 2018.
