Enzo Alves, son of Real Madrid legend Marcelo has been handed a new two-year contract with Los Blancos. The new deal will keep him at the club until 2026 when he turns 16.
Enzo plays for Real Madrid's Cadet B and is noted for his goalscoring prowess. The 14-year-old has 17 goals for the Cadet B this season.
Reacting to the news of his new deal, Marcelo wrote on Instagram: "Congratulations my son for yet another goal achieved! Happiness, work and responsibility 💜 Shine on baby @enzoalvesv Let's go, let's go 💪🏾 ⚽"
Marcelo was also in Madrid to support his son on his contract signing.
"Happy to be able to continue in the best club in the world. Hala Madrid! 🤍" Enzo wrote on Instagram to his 1 million followers.
Enzo is eligible to play for Brazil but he currently plays for Spain at youth level and dons the no. 9 shirt.
Perhaps he could wear that iconic shirt for Real Madrid's senior team one day.
