Rudiger: 'If we play Mbappe in the final, we will beat him. I will smash him'

“If we play Mbappe in the [Champions League] final, we will beat him. If Mbappe dribbles past me, I will smash him (laughs),” Antonio Rudiger has said in his interview.

Rudiger was asked a lot of questions about Mbappe during his interview including if he thinks Real Madrid signing the Frenchman would be a good idea.

"Who said he’s coming? It’s not official. But the best players in history played for Real Madrid. It would be a good match,” Rudiger said.

There's a serious possibility that Real Madrid will face PSG in the Champions League final this season if both teams win their semi-final.

Mbappe struggled against Rudiger when France played Germany in a friendly back in March. Rudiger was able to stop the PSG man from scoring.
