Following the emergency board meeting on Wednesday evening, Xavi has reportedly agreed to continue at Barcelona next season.
Tomorrow, club president Joan Laporta is expected to make a public statement, explaining all the details of Xavi's continuity at Camp Nou.
Naturally, some of those have already been leaked by reporters.
According to Gerard Romero, the Blaugrana boss was asked to switch his current physical trainer of the team.
Furthermore, the club board wants Xavi to replace his brother Oscar Hernandez with Pep Guardiola's former assistant coach, Domenec Torrent.
For those unaware, Torrent joined Barca B's coaching staff in 2007, then received a promotion to the senior squad and followed Guardiola everywhere he went until 2018.
The board believes he is much more experienced than Oscar and would be a perfect fit for Xavi.
It remains unclear whether he accepted any of these conditions, though. We will know more on Thursday.
