However, Chelsea have also had their chances to score had Enzo Fernandez and Axel Disasi been luckier.
The Blues had five attempts (zero on goal) in comparison with the Gunners' 13 (3 on goal) in the first half.
However, as football statistician and Arsenal fan Scott Willis points out, Chelsea have recorded an xG of 1.0 while Arsenal have managed only 0.9.
"Most of Chelsea's xG came from Badiashile on a corner but they had lots of danger. Arsenal had lots of shots but never quite got the clear chances," Willis tweeted.
So perhaps the 'fair' scoreline should have been 1-1 — despite Arsenal dominating the game.
