Cristiano Ronaldo linked with shock move to European club – their coach knows him very well

According to the Saudi Arabian journalist Alhazza Mutab, Bayer Leverkusen are looking to sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.

The newly crowned Bundesliga champion Xabi Alonso reportedly requested the move for his former Real Madrid teammate himself.

While the source is not exactly a trustworthy one, the prospect of seeing the Portuguese play in Europe one last time is certainly exciting.

Despite nearing his forties, Cristiano remains one of the best scorers in the world, with an impressive record of 42 goals and 12 assists in 41 appearances for Al Nassr this season and would undoubtedly be a valuable addition to the German side.
