Thibaut Courtois undergoes surgery, new recovery time revealed

Thibaut Courtois has successfully undergone knee surgery following a fresh injury he picked up on Tuesday, March 19.

The Belgian will begin his recovery process in the coming days already.

This is Courtois' second surgery in just seven months. His recovery should now last for about two more months.

The 31-year-old hasn't made a single appearance for Real Madrid this season. Andriy Lunin is expect to remain the first-choice goalkeeper until the end of the campaign.
