Speaking to CBS Sports after Wednesday's game, Jadon Sancho said: "I just take it game by game and I hope [my form] carries on.
"I came here [to Borussia Dortmund] at 17 and they gave me the opportunity to play my professional football. I am delighted with all the staff.
"The players have all welcomed me back. I really don't know [if I am going to stay beyond this season]. I am just focused on the present right now."
Sancho's dazzling footwork and passing contributed to Dortmund's massive 1–0 win against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-final first-leg clash.
The 24-year-old is on loan at the Bundesliga side until the end of the season but it's hard to see him going back to Manchester United as long as Erik ten Hag remains in charge.
